Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of ribsaas.com and the marketplaces it hosts by any visitor or account holder. A marketplace operator's subscription to RibSaaS is also governed by the subscription terms.

2. The service

RibSaaS is a platform that lets operators create and run their marketplace, where professionals display their items and services. YahyaPlatfo SARL provides the technical tool; it is neither seller, buyer nor intermediary in transactions between visitors and professionals.

3. Account

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and tell us about any unauthorised use. An account may be suspended if these terms are breached.

4. Published content

Each operator is responsible for their marketplace and the rules they apply to it; each professional is responsible for the items, prices, photos and information they publish, and for their compliance with the law, in particular Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection.

Prohibited: unlawful, misleading, counterfeit or hateful content, or content that infringes the rights of others. RibSaaS may remove any manifestly unlawful content reported to it and suspend any marketplace that breaks these rules.

5. Availability

We do our best to keep the site available at all times, but cannot guarantee it: maintenance, updates or technical incidents may interrupt it temporarily.

6. Liability

RibSaaS cannot be held liable for exchanges, sales or services concluded between visitors and professionals, nor for content published by operators and professionals. Links to third-party sites are provided for information.

7. Intellectual property

Site elements owned by YahyaPlatfo SARL may not be reproduced without permission. By publishing content, the operator or professional authorises its display on their marketplace and in sharing previews.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may change; the version online is the one that applies. They are governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts of Agadir have sole jurisdiction.
