Data collected

• “Book my spot” form: name, phone, email (optional), city, sector, expected number of professionals, project name and message.
• Contact form: name, phone, email (optional), subject and message.
• Account: name, email, phone, encrypted password; for a subscription, billing details (identity or company, address).
• Technical data needed for operation and security: IP address (to limit submissions), connection logs.

Purposes

• Getting back to you about your project or message.
• Create and manage your account, your marketplace and your subscription.
• Keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

Recipients

Data is restricted to the RibSaaS team and its technical providers (hosting, email delivery), within the limits of their tasks. It is never sold or rented.

Retention period

Leads and messages: 3 years after the last contact. Accounts: for as long as they are used, then as required by law (notably accounting rules for subscriptions).

Cookies

The site uses only essential technical cookies (signing in to your account, security, chosen language). No advertising or third-party analytics cookies are set.

Your rights
